Shayne Yestal

A career built
on delivery.

I'm Shayne Yestal, a project manager, studio founder, and technologist with over three decades in the field. My career spans senior PM and leadership roles at a leading financial corporation, managing enterprise-scale technology initiatives, compliance programs, and infrastructure modernization, alongside building and running a boutique design studio with my wife Kim.

On the corporate side, I've led cross-functional teams through complex, high-stakes delivery for a leading financial institution: the kind of programs where scope is broad, timelines are tight, and the margin for error is zero. That discipline is the backbone of everything I do.

In 1996, Kim and I co-founded Mocoda, a boutique web and app design studio. For nearly thirty years, we've built long-term partnerships with clients across industries, delivering the kind of work that earns you a call when the next big project starts.

Today, I'm channeling all of that experience into ThirtyYearPM, bringing practical AI tools and real-world training to the project management community.
